When something doesn`t work, obviously, this will become a problem. Finding a solution for this problem will definitely make you feel better. If the problem can`t be fixed it could lead to depression. Unsolved problems and depression are being connected such as the clouds and the rain.
When dealing with a problem you should analyze everything, find a solution and start working on fixing it.
Unfortunately, it`s not always possible to solve a problem immediately, it could take some time and a lot of patience. A common mistake would be to run away from your problem such as getting involved in a new activity like traveling just to forget.
It`s going to work for a short period of time but in the end, on the long run, you will have to solve this problem and in the meantime you will remember so it`s going to keep you permanently stressed.
Our brain is extremely sophisticated and he uses all kinds of techniques such as sending us some kind of signals when something was not solved. Probably when dealing with unsolved problems he uses a ``reminder`` from time to time and it`s hard to think that it`s going to forget.
More problems will intensify depression
Perhaps some of us can deal with a lot of problems but in the end, when all of them accumulates, even if they are not so hard to be fixed we tend to intensify everything and the biggest problem along with the minor ones will create an uglier picture of our lives.
The result
Once the depression exists, it doesn`t matter from where it comes as long as it will interfere with the ability to continue your work, to appreciate or notice the good things in your life.
How to solve problems in life before getting depressed ? The answer: ``Divide et impera``
This is a maxim used by the Roman ruler Caesar and the French emperor Napoleon. In translation from latin, it means ``divide and conquer`` and this is exactly what everyone should apply when there is one main, big problem and smaller ones. Try to isolate and fix them, one by one and in the end solve your biggest problem. It really doesn`t matter the order but I always tend to start ( if possible ) with small problems, fix them, as I said one by one and while I gain confidence, in the end I will solve the biggest problem. I also solved the biggest problem and it worked once . After that nothing else mattered but when I tried to approach the same strategy and I failed, my depression got bigger and it`s a risky thing to do, it requires a lot of experience and self-knowing.
I know that it`s not easy but it can be done. You just have to be very careful and put a correct diagnose to each problem. If you`re feeling sad, down, or discouraged please remember that all of them are natural human emotions which sooner or later will affect all of us, there are no exceptions. Our emotions are actually reactions from our brain to the hassles and hurdles of life which is not easy at all. We all feel this way, the difference is that some of us will show emotions while others will try to suppress them. When dealing with a problem, try to remember that nobody won a war right from the first battle.
