Think about your computer. When you push the power button, your operating system is loading and if you use an antivirus ( most of them performs a quick scan at each boot ), he detects a virus and you`re being alerted, asking you what to do: Delete, Quarantine, Ignore, Skip ?
You`re in a hurry and all you want to do is to send an email and go to work so you will handle this problem later.
Back to us, the humans, when we wake up our subconscious mind is checking for any unsolved problems. It doesn`t matter, a breakup, you`ve lost someone, you need a new job, school problems and so on. All of them are brought to you in each morning by your subconscious mind. It will keep you alerted until you will solve them.
I don`t have a problem, although each time I wake up I feel depressed
It`s impossible to stay away from problems. Maybe you`ve ignored a problem in the past. You`ve tried so hard not to think about it and your mind tried to delete all traces.
Most of us will be able to bury all kind of problems, hide them deep in our minds but in the end they will return and you won`t know why you`re in a bad mood.
So, each time when we wake up feeling depressed, could actually be a sign that all we did was to either ignore or skip our problems.
Is there any relationship between bad dreams and waking up feeling bad ?
If you had a nightmare, you may wake up, feeling depressed but can`t remember what was all about. So the explication would be an old problem that generated suppressed emotions which are leaking in your dreams.
